God's eyes are on you!

"But the eyes of the LORD are on those who fear him,
     on those whose hope in is his unfailing love,
 to deliver them from death 
     and keep them alive in famine."
          Psalm 33:18-19 

Think like a child. A child both fears the possibility of punishment for bad behavior and enjoys the assurance that mom and dad will take care of them. 

Does your life feel dead? Are you living through a famine? God will deliver you and he will keep you alive. He is our hope. God does have unfailing love for you. Are you  still alive? God has unfailing love for you. 

God's eyes are upon you. Maybe you feel like you are all alone and no one notices. God's eyes are upon you. Maybe you think you are "dead in the water". God's eyes are upon you. Do you feel a  famine of joblessness? God's eyes are upon you. Whatever you are going through remember, God's eyes are upon you and he is faithful to complete his work in you.

Father, may your unfailing love deliver us from death and keep us alive in famine. Supply jobs for those who need them. Thank you that you hear our prayers and that your eyes are upon us.
