What do you smell like?

What do you smell like? I know that sounds like an unusual question, but what "scent" do you leave? 

^"But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere. For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing. To the one we are an aroma that brings death; to the other, an aroma that brings life. And who is equal to such a task?" II Corinthians 2:14-16

Have you ever been to a restaurant, feeling hungry, looking over the menu and then a food server walked by with something and the smell just caught your attention and you had to know what that was? When you follow Christ, He will make you stand, and He will use you. Someone will notice that you make your decisions differently, that you value others differently, that your priorities are different and ultimately that your hope is in Christ. You may not see it or know it, but, the Holy Spirit will use you!


Father, thank You for giving us the Spirit of son-ship and  that we can call out to you, "Abba-Father". May our lives leave the sweet smell of salvation that others will want to know who You are.
